| Travel and Filming Policies |
 | Big Tex Video Productions will travel to any field within a 25 mile circle of Denton at now cost. | |
| Anything outside of the 25 mile circle, travel expenses will be charged at a rate of .405/mile. |
| If there are 3 or more athletes to be filmed, the travel costs will be waived for any location in | |
| the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex (50 miles of Denton Texas). |
| Payment is due the day of the first filming session. |
| Videos can be shipped to any location in the US for an additional charge. |
| We would be happy to re-edit or re-shoot any portion of your video. However, there will be an | |
| additional charge for this service |
| Big Tex Video Productions provides an 20% discount when filming a team (7+ Players). | |
